Whilst we makes reasonable efforts to exclude viruses from the Website, we do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of viruses downloaded through the Website.

REGISTRATION AND ONLINE DONATIONS

APC yearly registration fee , which currently amounts to £20, may be paid on-line through the Website. Once paid, that fee is non-refundable.


Any subscription by a User to the CGEA insurance through the Website can be cancelled by the User for any reason within fourteen days upon prior notice to APC. In this case, APC will refund within 30 days the relevant subscription in full. If you wish to cancel your CGEA insurance subscription at any time, please let us know.
APC reserves the right to vary its registration fee with prior notice and to refuse to accept any registration to any User.
Any donation made by a User to APC on-line via the Website is non-refundable. As registered charities, APC is able to reclaim tax from HM Revenue and Customs at no extra cost to you, if you are a UK tax payer. All you need to do is complete the Gift Aid declaration. If you are a higher rate tax payer you can yourself reclaim the difference between the higher rate and the basic rate on your tax return, thereby reducing the cost of their gift.
