Main events

  • Back-to-school picnic – occasion to meet and welcome new families, the last Sunday before school starts
  • Drop off coffees – weekly meeting during first semester, organized per level, allowing parents to meet
  • Parents' evenings - one occasion per term to meet up, discuss, taste, sing and/or dance
  • Student parties on the school premises (Secondary pupils only)
  • DNB graduation - dinner for the CFBL graduates and their parents to celebrate their French National Diploma of "Brevet des Collèges"
  • Winter fair in December
  • Galette – sale of galettes or brioche cakes in January
  • Fundraising events
  • Career fair - organized together with the school if gives the pupils in Year 9 and 10 the opportunity to discover the jobs of today...and tomorrow. Parents are encouraged to speak about their professions.
  • Summer fair in June
  • Bag2School - bi-annual clothes collection for the Bag2School Association promoting re-use of clothes. The APC receives money based on the weight of clothes collected.

  • Healthy Tea – sale of snacks on Friday afternoons

    • Greeting cards – children’s drawings are turned into festive cards
    • Tea towels – children’s drawings are printed on tea towels
